DAY 5

OK, so here it is, the all truth and nothing but a truth – TODAY WAS A LOSING WEIGHT DISASTER!

  • No exercise whatsoever (beside carrying my babies here and there and everywhere)

and

  • Overeating at lunch (we had a BBQ for my mother’s birthday)

and

  • Eating ice cream (damn you, sugar!)

 

At such occasions it is even harder to focus on your plan and goals. Everybody around you is stuffing themselves with goodies and it takes all of your might to resist and say NO. What is harder than saying NO to the food that lays in front of your nose, while you feel totally worn out, as a wrung-out rag (as we say in our country) … ? Can you relate to that? πŸ™‚

OK… As I promised I started to take notes of my weight and other measures, as today is the 5th day of my challenge. I must say, I thought it would go faster, but it is a beginning. I will have to work much harder from now on, as I did leave out quite a lot of workouts these first five days (due to my family’s health) and I put too little attention to my diet.

Here are my current DAY #5 MEASURES:Scale Day 5

  • Weight: 65 kg (143,3 lbs)
  • Waist: 98 cm (38,5 inch)
  • Thighs: 58 cm (23 inch)
  • Hips: 104 cm (41 inch)

Ugh! Almost no change… No wonder… πŸ˜›

 

 

As I’m not writing a Menu for today (because my menu was for a Fat Mommy, not for a Fit Mommy πŸ˜‰ ) I will be amending it with some other posts on healthy eating in the Food category.

    Ice cream is always my downfall πŸ™ But tomorrow is another day! Keep moving forward and eventually you will get there!

      Ice cream, yea! πŸ™‚
      It is always tomorrow… πŸ™‚ I believe I will achieve my goal, just I’m not so sure that I’ll be doing it in the time set. I’ll do my best!

      As for ice cream… I found a yummy alternative. I have to test it first and then I’ll share it πŸ™‚
